Courteous, polite and very professional
“I wish to express my thanks to you and your staff for a wonderful
evening that my new wife and I had at the hotel. We had 160
guests at the hotel for a wedding party that was held in the
Wilton Suite. All the staff were so helpful which really helped
make our party special, they were courteous, polite and very

“If the question was asked why was the choice of the De Vere
Swindon such a good one, well you could say it was the ambience,
facilities or food, all of which are very good; however, it
is none of these, it is your staff who are so welcoming, friendly,
professional and efficient.” |

combined with its proximity to good reasonably priced eating
establishments and distances from cities such as Bath, Oxford

make this outlet worth more than just a second glance.” |

Tasty piping hot breakfast
“The room was of a high standard and very clean. The staff
are efficient and friendly. Room service was also reasonably
priced and efficient, we never had to wait more than 15 to
20 minutes. The breakfast was excellent, top marks for serving
up a tasty piping hot breakfast! The pool, steam room and
Sauna were also of a high standard.” |

“Very nice hotel situated in West Swindon, 10 minutes by taxi
from Bus and train station. Very comfortable rooms, very good
service beginning with the reception staff, the restaurant
and bar staff” |

little extras such as complimentary mini bar, bathrobes etc.
We found all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and

Absolutely perfect
“This is a truly first-class hotel; everything was absolutely
perfect - the hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff were
very pleasant, service excellent all round, and the bedroom
was super with the most comfortable mattress. The evening
meal in the Brasserie was thoroughly enjoyable. We wished
we had stayed for two nights and enjoyed the Sunday night
carvery, but fully intend to return very soon for a longer
break so that we can enjoy the leisure club facilities as
well. We hope this high standard will be maintained by De
Vere Hotels! Highly recommended!” |
